PROJECT OVERVIEW

Charmorae Ventures provides professional upholstery cleaning services, but their existing web presence did not reflect their expertise or make it easy for visitors to understand services and take action. The goal was to design a brand-forward website that clearly communicates value, drives service inquiries, and enhances user trust.

The Problem

Charmorae was a newly launched business with no digital presence to communicate its services, credibility, or value proposition. Without a website, potential customers had no clear way to understand what the business offered, how services worked, or how to initiate contact.

This created several challenges:

  • No central platform to showcase services or expertise
  • No clear user journey from discovery to inquiry
  • Limited trust and credibility for first-time visitors
  • Missed opportunities to convert interest into actual bookings

As a new brand entering a competitive service market, Charmorae needed a structured digital foundation that could clearly communicate value, build trust, and support customer acquisition from day one.

Process & Approach

I started with understanding the business and user needs to identify the core goals of site visitors — typically clarity on services and how to engage. From there:

  1. Mapped key user journeys (first impression → service exploration → contacting)
  2. Created structured wireframes focusing on clarity and CTAs
  3. Designed clean, trust-enhancing visual layouts that supported usability

The objective was to transform ambiguity into a purposeful browsing experience, leading to higher engagement and conversion.

Key Design Decisions
  • Hero clarity: Immediate identification of services with clear value proposition
  • Service breakdown: Organized content that reduces cognitive load and highlights benefits
  • Prominent CTAs: Strategically placed contact and booking options
  • Responsive design: Ensured seamless experience across devices
Outcome & Impact

The redesigned site provided:

  • Clear visual communication of Charmorae’s services
  • Simplified user paths from discovery to contact
  • A more polished, professional impression supporting trust and service uptake

This project strengthened the brand’s digital experience and supported tangible improvements in inbound inquiries.
